What the Party Knows

  • The Harpers raised an exclusion ward at the Druid Grove of Lynx specifically barring Shadar-Kai — a response to the Shadar-Kai's role in the slaying of Bahamut during (or shortly after) the Second War of the Lance.
  • The ward is real — Ubys hit it as if it were brick.
  • The ward is specific — non-Shadar-Kai approach the perimeter without consequence (or with discomfort, in AC's case).
  • The Harpers are therefore an old, persistent order with the practical capacity to set wards that hold against ancient evil and that recognize bloodline.
