Physical Description
Unknown — the party engaged the collar in combat conditions and Crowley removed it via thieves' tools (or equivalent). The exact appearance was not described in the session transcript. The collar maintained a dark red corruption field around Vindictus and overrode at least one magical effect (Polymorph, attempted by Moist) while active.
