Backstory
Grew up in the mountainside in rundown shacks and caves with her loving parents Lanta (mother) and Luther (father). Only child. Raised in a tight community of women who tended to the creatures of the Feywild together; that sisterhood shaped her entirely. She wrestled competitively — playful but strong and dexterous — and used that strength to protect animals and those she loved. Everyone in the community loved her; she made friends everywhere.
She sees the world in stark black and white and is largely unaware of city realities. She views the Unseelie Court as nothing but serious, mean people — has never met one, and is ready to fight one if needed.
Bree — a halfling soldier she met while both were protecting a young group of owlbears from an elf rogue trying to steal them to sell. Lessie fought the rogue off and the two bonded. The elf rogue is still out there.
Description
Lessie is the party's healer, scout, and beast-speaker. She talks to rats, befriends crocodiles, and earned Rhovan Tolk's trust faster than anyone else in the party managed. She carries a Shepherd's Crook.
As a Seelie Fey she is drawn to living things and growing places — and profoundly troubled by anything that corrupts or unmakes them. The Blight is not abstract to her: her home village is reportedly Blighted.
