What the Party Knows
- Session 011: Sgt. Azros briefs the party. Two days prior, an argument escalated; Nathaniel drew a dagger and stabbed Hans, "2-Finger" in the hand. He then deserted, presumed fleeing east into the foothills toward his hometown in the Kryptgarden Forest. He is described as: accomplished outdoorsman, proficient with bow and knives. The bounty for his retrieval: 1,000 GP.
- Session 012: The party tracks his trail south-east along the High Road. Moist (in Bloodhound form) confirms direction. They find a grizzly scene on cliffs near the Mere of Deadmen — five dead Goblins, evidence of a struggle, signs that something carried Nathaniel off further down the road. Cart-tracks dry up; someone started hiding their trail.
- Session 013: The party fights and kills Marrow-Gnaw, a War-Spider. Among the bones in the lair, Ubys finds a body wearing a necklace venerating Helm — a deity revered by the Knights of Vindictus. Presumed Nathaniel. The party brings the presumed body, and Marrow-Gnaw's head and leg(s), back topside.
