- Found in the journal recovered from the KoV camp on Level 1 — named alongside Ser Draven Ravenspire as a co-commander of the chapter's expedition. (Session 045)
- Encountered in person by Crowley during his Level 2 recon — standing outside a summoning circle, operating a devil-binding array, in conversation with the Zarielian pit fiend General Zon. (Session 046)
- She is dressed in KoV garb — still the knight she was trained to be, even here.
- She was conducting a debrief for General Zon: the mission has failed; most of her knights are corrupted; her commander Ser Draven Ravenspire is among the corrupted and has moved deeper into the Tomb toward the Abyss with the surviving KoV.
- She delivered the contract amendment proposition to Crowley on General Zon's behalf: recruit Vindictus for Zariel, and Leigha goes free.
- She framed Crowley as "uniquely suited" for the task — because he "went through a similar conversion himself" (i.e., serving hell's interests while protecting something personal at the center).
- She did not know Crowley was listening until he stepped out of the dark. She recovered quickly.
- The hellhounds answer to Zon; they were here under Seraphona's direction as part of the mission support.
