Description
A robed goblin found studying a map at a desk in Queen Bargnot's Throne Chamber. Carried a staff topped with a skull whose eyes glowed purple. Flanked in combat by 2 immediate Lackeys; able to summon additional Lackeys mid-combat (4 in Round 1; the throne-room fight rapidly became a swarm engagement because of him).
