What the Party Knows
- Found impaled on an obsidian spike at the heart of the Rat Queen Chamber — not dead; her impalement was active sustained-state, not a corpse-display.
- Coordinated the chamber's defenses — her sounds drew Giant Rats from the corners and called Stirges from the upper passages in waves.
- Bound to the chamber. Did not move from the spike. Did not flee. Did not parley.
- Killed in 4 rounds. Her death emptied the chamber — the surviving rats dispersed, the Stirges fell from the walls, the Giant Rats lay where they fell.
- She killed the Grey-Robed Order trio before her own binding (per session-032 reconstruction). Sequence: portal opens → Order arrives → Rat Queen kills them → Rat Queen is bound to the spike (by whom? see DM Notes) → party arrives session 031.
- Her body, post-death: AC tested the Grey-Flame Torch on her in session 032. She burned in monochrome flame — no heat, no fumes, almost no light — and was unmade entirely. Whatever necrotic / Baphometian substrate she carried, the grey flame consumed. Nothing recoverable from her remains.
