- An unnamed tiefling servant-girl of his household had a strong attachment to the griffin — she ran across the inn yard to reach it the moment the party landed.
- Emmith learned (Persuasion 22) that Timothy had genuine motivation for joining the Feathergale Knights: his family has a tradition of military service, and he sought that tradition despite Waterdeep having no formal military. His death is experienced by his family as painful but meaningful — a fulfillment of something real.
