What the Party Knows
- Avernus has a war. AC knows of "Avernus's wars" — multiple conflicts the plane sustains, in which weapons like the Searing Fork are deployed.
- The Searing Fork is Avernus war gear. It belongs to Barons of the Cursed line — a nobility-tier of devil within Zariel's army.
- AC has fought in an Avernus campaign. (Per session 023's flashback: AC fought "side-by-side with devils.") The Fork's contact in session 026 triggers another war-flashback — confirming AC's presence in the campaign's cosmology and his prior relationship with the plane.
- Mizora is of Avernus — Zariel's affiliate. Her contract on AC is Avernus-aligned.
- Mazros the Cursed Baron is of Avernus — bound to Leilon's tower by the corrupt scribe Ralph in session 026.
